OUR DEPARTMENTS 


The Ottawa Catholic School Board’s administrative office, the Catholic Education Centre, is located at 570 West Hunt Club Road in Nepean. The building houses all of the administrative departments that work behind the scenes to ensure our students receive quality Catholic education. Please choose from one of the following departments. Admissions Department

Admissions Department 

The Admissions Department is dedicated to helping students begin their academic careers within our school system. Various resources are available to help get your child started, including information on registration, immunization, tuition fees for international students, and  guardianship. More >>

A variety of child care services are provided in our schools. Some schools have programs operated directly by the Board, such as Before and After School Clubs, and in other schools, the Ottawa Catholic Child Care Corporation operates licensed child care programs. More >>

Community Use of SchoolsCommunity Use of Schools (facility rental)

The Board provides access to school facilities for the promotion of physical activities for youth, adult fitness programs, and nationally recognized not-for-profit fundraising organizations. There is a formal application process to use an Ottawa Catholic School Board facility. More >>
